「Excellent location and nice staff but the lodge itself fell short. It’s not an eco lodge more a shabby-chic hotel in the desert. There is ZERO internet or cell access so be aware. One thing that was really annoying was the loud music late into evening, as if every guest wants that!? It basically doesn’t know what it wants to be, no credibility as a peaceful eco retreat and not lux enough for a longer stay. Worth a night or two as the location is amazing but not more than that.」

「Nice food daily changed. Many swimming pools. Amazing staff. Just a little quieter off peak. Booked a room with private pool - but turned out it was a sharing pool and NOT a pool. It was shallow 30cm. So that’s wrongly advertised and beware. When checking out the reception staff accused us of stealing towel cards which was ridiculous and that ruined our experience right at the end. Apart from that it was a great trip」
