「It’s a great place to stay! The accommodation was very comfortable, and I didn’t feel any concern about safety. The location is convenient for transportation, and there’s a large supermarket within walking distance, which makes it suitable for long-term stays as well. When I arrived, there was no hot water and the heater wasn’t working, but it turned out the main valve for the water heater had just been turned off, so I was able to fix it myself. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.」

「Property was excellent. Check in was initially in French which we could not understand. We had to ask host to translate to English as there were 3 steps to check in because it was a secure building」

「Small room but enough for our stay. Clean and comfortable. Stairs might be difficult for those with mobility challenges. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Loved our stay in Rouen.」
