Good: location; clean; rapid communication Bad: 3rd floor (hot inside! 41C one evening) These things were advertised but did not exist: NO air conditioning; NO couch; NO separate bedroom: 1 bathroom. Very bad: Host allowed me to extend stay, then required payment in CASH. I had to return to Rouen to leave cash.
