A beautiful and peaceful retreat, close in proximity to everything Sosua and Puerto Plata have to offer. Walk to any of the local beaches (including Playa Chiquita, Playa Alicia, and Playa Sosua) and partake in the nightlife, while still enjoying the serene Dominican countryside. Extra security via bars on the windows so you can make sure your stay is undisturbed.

Grocery stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. Wake up to roosters and cows and escape from the fast pace of the city with all the amenities of home!

Villa has a private pool, protected parking, three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom and air conditioning), powder room, outdoor shower, and a gorgeous rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the ocean and the mountains. Celebrate with friends or relax with family with a full kitchen, seating for 10 (indoor and outdoor), wifi, and a large screen smart TV.
Puerto Plato International Airport is only a 15 minute drive away.

Safe area off beaten path
At first glance the area looks poorly kept and a little sketchy due to it not being built up and the road not finished , but I stayed for 2 months and found it safe and friendly. The Villa itself is like a diamond in the rough Property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful 20 min walk to town and area beaches Playa Chiquita is a 10 min walk. Private and quiet Recommend the neighbourhood restaurant Voramar

comfy, quiet neighborhood
House was as described. The area around is quiet and remote from the city center, hard for anyone to find. The other 2 units were unoccupied, so quiet all day long. This place is really isolated, you wont see any other tourists around; we woke every morning to chickens and cows. A car was important to have and the gated parking felt safe. Private pool and roof deck were amazing! The house manager was very responsive and met us right when we landed. Kitchen was minimal, but useable for light cooking. The house could have been cleaner and with more everyday items like toilet paper, towels, etc, but it was stocked with bottled water bubbler.

I had a good stay considering how hot it was... the pool didn't look like it does online... it looks dirty but I was told it needed paint...I think it needs painted before someone else rents... it's not very appealing... there are no TVs in the rooms so we had to watch TV downstairs with no air... that was a little miserable... and I think a microwave would be an asset to have... just my opinion to enhance a vacation experience

Beautiful villa in sosua
Overall property was beautiful new construction so road was not paved and construction going on all around property but didn’t mind Miguel the maintenance guy was great and helpful with my first experience in sosua I recommend this villa 🙏🏾🥂✈️👍🏾

Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful stay in this villa! We loved having our own pool. We also really enjoyed the roof top patio. The rooms are very spacious. We felt very safe during our 2 week stay - the accommodation has many safety features including secure parking if you have a car. We had some problems with electricity while we were there but the property manager, Hauke, was quick to get the problem fixed. The owners made themselves available over WhatsApp and were very informative prior to check-in. Haucke met us at the property to show us around and make sure we had everything we needed. It is about a 20 minute walk to Playa Alicia and to the grocery store. Given the opportunity we would be happy to stay here again!
