There’s no restaurant at the hotel, but just down the road is a great restaurant, very romantic! Anna, of the hotel staff, was super helpful. The hotel is far from the town center, but there is a shuttle to and from the town center. The views from the hotel are great. The whole place is very romantic. We loved it.

All staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially the front desk. We’d never before stayed in a hotel where we were made to feel so welcome. The views from the hotel were outstanding. Rooms and property were very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very good. After booking the hotel through Expedia we then booked transportation and tours of area through the hotel. All bookings were above expectations. Mobility warning: The hotel shuttle drop off in Sorrento requires you to walk down some stairs then along a sidewalk to get to main tourist area.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Lovely bedrooms, a small swimming pool and pretty gardens to walk around. Fantastic views of the Bay of Naples. The staff were charming and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them. When I had a problem with the shower, a plumber was called immediately. If there is anything negative to say, it could be that it is about a 30 minute drive into Sorrento. That said, the hotel provides a courtesy bus service.

Tout d' abord nous souhaiterions remercier le staff de l' hôtel Prestige très professionnel aidant et amical. Il nous ont permis de passer un beau séjour. Nous avons eu un problème de santé et le Staff a été très présent.

Loved the property and the staff. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were outstanding. The views were amazing. The staff helped me book transfers. It was about an hour drive from Naples . Keep in mind the hotel is located up windy, steep hills about Sorrento, NA. A busy road is right in front of the hotel, which can be loud, but the views are amazing. It is about 1/2 drive (transfers provided) down to Sorrento. We tried to do the Amalfi Coast 8 hr tour but my husband go motion sickness with in the first 1/2 hr so prepare for that. There is an outstanding restaurant within a 5 minute walk, and we love Sorrento. We went into town for 2 day and there was more then enough to see and do. The only complaint we had, was that our bed was extremely hard. We thought it was an Italy "thing" . Would highly recommend the hotel.

We didn t have new towels everyday, we reserved a seaview room and we had a small room in the ground where there was no view, we asked to change the room and they weren t helpful at all, we reserved for two adults and a baby and we didn t have a cot for the baby not even a pillow and when we asked for it they asked for 15€ per night.

We loved the hotel, the staff, complimentary breakfast was amazing; however, the AC didn't stay on and the refrigerator wasn't working. The view was spectacular and we will definitely be back.

The staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. The road in front of the hotel can be quite noisy when the door to the patio is open but not an issue when the door is closed with the air conditioning on. Would definitely stay again.
