It consists of a bright living room with an American kitchen fully equipped with a two-burner induction hob, sink, fridge, dishwasher. A bright bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious, modern and functional complete bathroom with toilet, bidet with hand shower, large walk-in shower, washing machine and large washbasin. The personalised furnishings enhance every space with character and uniqueness.



At the guests' disposal is also a 10 sqm balcony, ideal for relaxing after a day between sea, culture and shopping, equipped with a small table and chairs.

Please note that for check-ins from 8:00 PM, a supplement of €30 will be applied, from 11:00 PM the supplement is €50.

The tourist tax amounts to €4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Linen change is weekly, towels are changed every 3 days.

Parking available, not on-site, at a price of €25 per day, by reservation.
