Pros: great location, clean, felt safe the whole time, we got in right away, good price. Cons: very poor communication from the host (example I messaged him 7 times about how breakfast works and I got ignored all day) also asked about how check out went and then he responded right away again ignoring my previous question, there is no breakfast although it was very much advertised that there is it included It is a gorgeous place but just wish it was more organized so I could give more stars

This property is located perfectly in the heart of Sorrento & central to everything you need. It is on the forth story though so be prepared to walk up the stairs or take the extremely slow lift… otherwise, we loved it!

There was nothing about our stay we didn't enjoy. Staying in an apartment in the heart of Sorrento is a bit noisy at times but well worth the trade off for all of the convenience. Our hostess Imma was so nice and took great care of us including the automated check-in process.

Great apartment in the busy heart of Sorrento. Plenty of attractions and activity near the apartment which was very clean and well presented. Only down side, is that it is not the quietest apartment with noise from the active streets below going late into the night.

Great Hotel, nice location

When I booked this hotel, it stated that we would be greeted by staff, and that the hours were until 8PM. I was surprised when we got there, and there was a taped note on the door, asking us to contact them through an app. It took us 30 minutes to download the app. Other than that, and the veeeeery slow elevator, the room itself was lovely. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable...although the mattress kind of caved to the middle...Would recommend the hotel absolutely...

I stayed three nights at the Caruso Suite with a family member. We had never been to Sorrento area before, and we found it to be a really great location for shopping, dining, etc. Note: it’s not a quiet area due to the many surrounding restaurants, random opera singers, etc, which was fine for us and what we wanted but might not be what others want. (One unexpected downside of the great location, though, was that it is on a traffic restricted street, so traveling to the ferry and train with heavy luggage is a little difficult, but it wasn’t a huge problem.) The room was clean and bright, the twin bed is a little lower quality than double bed but not terrible, and there is an elevator. Only one minor issue was the hot water kettle was broken and couldn’t be replaced during our stay. Otherwise Alessandro was responsive and helpful, and I enjoyed my stay.

Amazing B&B

Amazing stay! Location is perfect, very close to the beaches, restaurants and the main square! Rooms are clean, unique and breakfast is delicious and brought right to your door everyday morning at your chosen time. The owners are extremely friendly, she helped us track down a lost passport and went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved. Would recommend to anyone coming to Sorrento!

Don’t think twice! nice host ,private and clean. It was the best! Just keep in mind that it’s in a busy area, which we loved the most, but it’s not quite at all :) It wasn’t an issue for us. We loved the neighborhood.

Caruso Suite Sorrento

Very clean well maintained room. Appears to be a newer remodel. Location couldn't be better if you want to be in the city center/Piazza Tasso. We were right there in the middle of it all. Check in was easy. If you are staying 1-2 nights then this is quite suitable. Not big on amenities but it did not have to be for my short stay. Very clean.

Property itself is good. Great spot. Management was very sketching in trying to get me to pay in cash only for taxes and no-one onsite to provide receipt. They refused to allow a card payment (required in Italy) and would not provide any company details to let me wire the money to them. Otherwise a solid stay

Location was night near all the shops, walking distance to the port and train station. That being said there was a bit of noise from the street early morning and at night. You could also hear people walking the halls on the floor. The room was clean and comfortable. No coffee in the room or breakfast as mentioned in the listing. The host was accommodating and available via text.

Big NO and will never recommend this place. No breakfast option evethough they said its a bed and breakfast. There was no help desk or receptionist. All communication was done through wechat, who does that! Elevator takes forever to use on very old building. The ad is very misleading. Please be aware of this.

It was an excellent location but more can be done by he host...simple things like have spoons for the tea area, and milk pods in the mini fridge. AC was never cold despite adjusting settings. Get a better mattresses, this one was soo soft and saggy a definite no if you have back issues.

We absolutely loved our stay at Caruso Suite. The view from our balcony was simply breath-taking! Our host Imma was incredibly responsive and helpful during the check-in process. We had a minor issue with a key that she quickly addressed. The 4th floor location was high off the street allowing us to enjoy many peaceful nights in this super serene destination. We loved being able to walk to some of our favorite spots in Sorrento. We never felt more than 10 minutes from something we wanted to do or see. The bathroom and shower were the best of our entire trip. Absolutely love the rain fall shower! Next time we go to Sorrento, we definitely plan on staying here again!

Excellent location, but that’s about it. Mattress uncomfortable, damaged bedside table, no bottled water in room, terrible coffee maker in hallway, terrible shower, bathroom smelt. Cleaners wanted you out your room by 9:30am to clean, no appreciation that people may want a lie in whilst on holiday, they even walked into our room whilst we were asleep. Also, no breakfast although photos and previous reviews suggest this is provided.

Address on Expedia is wrong. Number was not in service, was unable to contact via Expedia either. Found the property on google maps and it was 6 mins from the listed location on Expedia. The pictures of the listing matched the google maps photos, we got there and it was 5 flights of stairs to find a number on a door during the time they said they would have receptionists. Called and he spoke 0 English. Whatsapped msged him to find out I had no booking… and said it was already booked by someone else
