Un bel soggiorno

Pulizia Posizione locali Gusto negli arredi Essendo l’appartamento a pian terreno credo che una o due finestre a ribalta sarebbero comode per areare la casa in sicurezza. L’armadio a colonna nella camera a 4 letti meglio se dotato di ripiani considerato che il pensile di fronte ai letti è quasi inaccessibile. Lo scarico della doccia non scarica bene, da sistemare.

Casa comoda e pulita

Casa pulita e comoda. Posizione centralissima rispetto alla piazza principale del paese e allo splendido parco giochi. Posto auto nel garage chiuso molto comodo che ti permette di salire direttamente al piano dell'appartamento senza bagnarti quando piove. Lo scarico della doccia non funziona bene quindi esce l'acqua dal piatto. L'agenzia immobiliare, super disponibile, ha mandato subito un idraulico che però non ha risolto il problema. Altro neo, manca la lavastoviglie. una casa che si affitta a sei persone non può non avere la lavastoviglie...i piatti sono tanti da lavare.
