Villa comprising a beautiful living room with a bright living room opening onto the terrace. A lounge area with television. An open kitchen fitted and equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. Cellar with washing machine.
A bedroom with a 140 bed and cupboard. A bedroom with two single beds and cupboard.
Bathroom with shower. Separate WC.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its bathroom with WC.
Sloping and unfenced land. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. Possibility of parking the car inside the property.
PETS ALLOWED. Wifi. The electricity package is included from January 1 to mid-June and from September to December 31. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.
