Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. 「Great apartments, new clean and spacious. Location has absolutely nothing within walking distance but there is good pizza delivery and parking right outside the door which makes it accessible to drive places. Train line right outside can be a plus or minus but it did not bother us. 」
