Hotel is good overall - location -roads are weird for new visitors.
The kascades restaurant no good- we waited more than an hour for our breakfast of bread and eggs and coffee. Only one staff working as server and cashier. Ketchup given us is an empty bottle- so we are given again ketchup in packets. Almost all bread they do not have the supply. Common Crowne Plaza live up to your name and change your restaurant.
Aircon suddenly popped and smoked a lot - Front Desk very nice we were moved to another room right away.

The pool is so dirty, the staff is not enough, the showers look so old. A couple years ago was amazing hotel & now is juts ok, but the price increase almost 70% up. Pls don’t let it go down is a beautiful place.
