Whether you’re arriving by car or boat, this cozy getaway offers the best of both worlds: peaceful waterfront views and walking-distance access to the island’s best restaurants, ice cream shops, and the famous Tiki Bar.

Please note: The popular Bugeye Grill next door sometimes has live music or events that can be heard until about 10pm on some nights/weekends—most guests find it adds to the lively island vibe!

Guest Access
Guests are welcome to use the pier at the rear of the property. If you’re traveling by boat, slip rentals can be arranged for an additional fee.

Parking
There is no onsite parking. Free street parking is available along Solomons Island Rd S or directly across the street in the public lot. From there, simply follow the gravel driveway next to Bugeye Grill—the entrance to your upstairs unit is just behind the restaurant.

Please throw trash into the dumpster in the gravel driveway. Please turn off all TVs and lights. Please ensure unit is locked upon exit. Simply close the door and engage the electronic lock.
