"A stay at Villa Primus in Croatia was an absolute hit! The villa is beautiful, impresses with its cleanliness and incredibly well-thought-out design—it's clear that every detail of the interior design has been meticulously crafted. The owners are incredibly kind, maintain excellent communication with their guests, and make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. A huge plus for the incredibly warm welcome—cold beer and delicious coffee were waiting for us in the fridge after our trip! A few amenities that particularly stole our hearts: A chlorine-free swimming pool (1.3m deep): perfect for comfortable swimming and safe relaxation. Modern, smart air conditioning: efficiently maintains a pleasant 25°C throughout the building without intrusive, direct airflow. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation in excellent conditions. We will definitely be back!"

"The property is large with lots of rooms and the wait for elevators can be very frustrating. Everything in the room was functional and clean, though there were quite a few stains in the carpet in the room and hallways. The property is in a good location and they have a nice coffee shop downstairs. Breakfast was included with our stay and there was plenty to chose from at breakfast given it was a huge buffet. I felt the price per night overall was on the high side. Especially for a large, crowded, and often noisy facility. And as mentioned, the rooms were adequate but there was nothing special about them. We had a good overall experience, but would probably chose a less family-friendly (as we are older and don't have children) place if we stayed in this area again."

"This place is wonderful - Janus met us when we arrived and showed us around. It looks better than the photos (I was scared it would look a little bare/new-buildy), and was absolutely spotless! We didn’t spend much time in the pool or at the house in general, but it was serene and picturesque. Definitely use the coordinates to navigate like they recommend in the welcome message, and save it in your maps app. The house is along very narrow/winding roads 😅 I’ll definitely book again when I’m back!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Viktorija und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Da wir mit unserem Baby gereist sind, war es uns besonders wichtig, eine komfortable, saubere und familienfreundliche Unterkunft zu haben – und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung, waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt haben. Eine so herzliche Gastfreundschaft erlebt man nicht überall. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Alles war sowohl im Haus als auch im Außenbereich äußerst sauber, gepflegt und bestens vorbereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Aufenthalt war für die ganze Familie sehr erholsam und wir konnten wunderbar abschalten. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt, und ist ein perfekter Ort, um einige unbeschwerte Tage zu verbringen. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber für die schöne Zeit und die hervorragende Betreuung!
