「Dette sted er meget anbefalet, vi forlængede opholdet, både pga hotellet som er fantastisk, men også området. Perosnalet er noget at det flinkeate og mest hjælpsomme vi har mådt på vores rejser. Hotellet er småt og hyggeligt og skal opleves.」

「Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic.」

Sehr zuvorkommendens und freundliche Mitarbeiter, außergewöhnliches Frühstück und tolles 5 Gang Abendessen in Halbpension enthalten. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wenn wir wieder nach Krk fahren, buchen wir sicher wieder im Riva.」

「The hotel was easy to find on the main road but access to their car park is from a private road through a barrier. The entrance to this road is some meters along the road in the direction of the town. The ticket from this barrier was cancelled by the hotel. The hotel car park behind the hotel is on a slope and large. A short walk from the hotel through some trees brings you to the Adriatic coast. The hotel is slightly dated but is being worked on. 「Wir hatten fünf Zimmer gebucht, jedoch hatten sie nur eins für uns reserviert, da überbucht und wir mussten zu fünft in einem Zimmer übernachten. Sie waren lösungsorientiert, jedoch nicht ganz mit der IT vertraut.」

「Had a nice stay at the hotel- cute, quaint and very central to everything in Krk town. Breakfast was very good at the restaurant below and we ate very well while in Krk. We enjoyed our balcony attached to the room very much. However, we asked for assistance, needing a taxi and we’re assured it would arrive in the morning and it did not. No one knew about the taxi request at the restaurant reception, and hotel staff weren’t available. The restaurant staff tried to help us upon departure. We...

「Room was ok but a little tired. Balcony had amazing view but you had to stand up to see it properly as bottom half is covered in. Very small bathroom. But functional. Breakfast was acceptable. More fruit would be nice. We got told off in a very aggressive way because we took 2 bananas out to eat later on. Made to put them back!! We don’t eat much at breakfast and like to have some thing mid morning. Plenty of people take too much and leave it to waste on the plate. 」

「I found the bed full of ants. I was sleeping and when I opened the eyes, there was full of ants on my charms. They change the room without any help for the dresses. They don’t refound nothing for this problem.」
