Our home is less than 4 years old, so it is very well insulated and can easily supports the needs of everyone. You'll have a full kitchen, including filtered water and ice from the new refrigerator, a dishwasher, all the standard small appliances, and a big breakfast bar. You can relax in the cushy living room after a long day and enjoy the full screen TV and the high-speed internet. The bedrooms are very cozy, and beds are a double or larger. The backyard has a large lawn with a gazebo and a firepit, makes for a great place to hang out after fishing all day. The property is set in Soldotna within walking or short driving distance from local Coffee shops, Breweries, Grocery stores, and Restaurants. Just a few minutes' walk to the famous Kenai River/ Swift Water Park

Great place, so roomy. Yard and backyard are very nice with a good gas grill and a firepit. Hose bib is helpful for fishers to wash off boots and such. Garage was great as well, we needed the space for drying out as it rained most days, good ole Alaska! Will come back, thanks again, Mark

Great place, clean, well cared for and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful with local tips and provided all kinds of amenities that were unexpected but very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Big shout out to the host!

The house was exactly as advertised and perfectly located for all of our needs. Extremely clean and well stocked with essentials, including games, an awesome fire pit, and some fishing supplies. Communication with the property owner was a breeze. The added bonuses were the view of Mt Redoubt from the end of the driveway and the moose cow and her two calves hanging out in the back yard.

Excellent home in great location

We just finished our second stay at this modern home. Rosee is a great host and we could not be happier staying in her VRBO. The kitchen is stocked, the house is nice, and the back yard allows for some fun too. We would stay again if we could book.

Absolutely ideal location!

Myself and a group of friends came to Soldotna to fish the Kenai River. The house is ideally situated in close proximity to public water and only a mile or two out of town. Rose, the host was very pleasant and quick to respond to messages. The house is very clean and comfortable. We had daily visits from the local moose that are in the area, which was a pleasant bonus. Thank you, Rose. for making your home available. We hope to be back next year!!!

Stayed for Brown Bears parents weekend.

Great location. Plenty of space for everyone (family of 4 and could easily had 4more adults stay with us).Rosene is a terrific host, left us very nice welcome basket of treats. Thank you! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Soldotna with a family.

Kenai Fishing Basecamp

Great 4 bedroom house setup perfect for fishing basecamp. Big open living room, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, washer & dryer, big freezer in the garage which was great for getting fishing gear on and off! Nice welcome package of wine and smores! Great communication with Rosee. Highly recommend and will be back!

Awesome stay at this property

This house had everything for us: cleanliness, new, nice amenities, spacious layout, great backyard and definitely a nice location. Property manager is great too and responded quickly. We’ve been to AK many times and stayed at many properties but this property is one of best in the Soldotna area.

Wonderful property, great location, super host

This was everything we needed for our Sockeye adventure. Good location, relatively new house, everything in order. Will hope to use this house again. Host was very responsive to questions. We had eight adults on this trip.

Amazing getaway find in Soldotna!

This property is everything it advertised and more. The bedrooms and layout were perfect for our family of 6. Very clean with modern decor. We loved where the property is located and the convenience of everything so close, but you don’t feel like you are in town. Extremely quiet and relaxing. The owners thought of every detail when they offered this house for vacationers. The backyard is for making memories with the kids while you roast marshmallows and make s’mores around the campfire. Thank you for helping our family make amazing lifelong memories. We will definitely be back if it is available!

Amazing home and host

Our stay couldn’t have gone any better. Rose was amazing to work with and was such a great host. The house was perfect for our family and we loved being able to spend time with each other around the campfire and played games in the yard. Loved the location as it was close to grocery stores and fishing spots! We’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
