Wake up to the sound of waves and sweeping ocean views in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront villa in Soldiers Point. Perfectly positioned with direct beach access, this stylish and spacious retreat offers a premium coastal experience in a serene location.
Designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living, the light-filled open-plan layout flows from the modern kitchen through to dining and lounge spaces, all framed by spectacular water views. The villa’s generous balcony is the ultimate place to unwind, enjoy alfresco dining or watch the sun set over the bay.

Things to Do:
• Catch a wave with a surf lesson or dive into adventure at one of the top dive centres
• Pick up fresh, local seafood from the co-ops and create the ultimate seaside picnic.
• Perfect your swing at a nearby driving range or challenge yourself to 18 holes
• Dine at an iconic restaurants or relax with a laid-back meal at a local club

Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or a booking where guests are all under the age of 25.
No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
Additional charges may apply if the property is not left in a reasonable condition upon departure. This may include, but is not limited to, items such as a dirty BBQ, excessive rubbish, or extra cleaning required.
Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
