「Our family stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. This is a very family friendly neighborhood and house. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The host, Ben, is very responsive and replied promptly to my questions. Thank you Ben for a great stay.」

「The host was very good with communication prior to and during the stay. The home is in a great location just a 10 min walk to the beach. There were some maintenance issues, i.e. electrical outlet that was not working (impacted the ability to work in the home), and wear and tear on dishwasher and refrigerator that need to be addressed. In the photos it shows the desk in a bedroom and that is not the case its in the main living space, which made it more challenging to work. Just food for...

「Our recent stay had a bit of a hic-up at no fault of the host. When we arrived the refrigerator was not working. We contacted the host and he quickly got service technicians onsite. We ended up not having a functioning fridge for two of our three days. Host was nice enough to credit us one night of our stay. Home is clean but bathrooms are a bit dated. Kitchen and downstairs living space are very nice. Neighborhood is a bit on the lower scale, but downtown Vista is amazing. 」
