ヒルトンソフィアに泊まって

セフィア中心部から少し南になりますが、歩ける範囲です。国立文化宮殿にも近く、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気のエリアです。ホテルはコンベンションなどを毎日やっていて、活気があります。フロントも丁寧で笑顔が絶えず、好感もてます。明るい内装で部屋は綺麗です。ルームメイキングの方々も挨拶笑顔よく、丁寧な仕事されます。朝食はバイキング形式ですが、他国のヒルトン同様、種類が多く楽しめます。ブルガリアというお国柄か、従業員は皆テキパキしていますね。チーズ、マッシュルーム、ヨーグルト、牛乳、美味しいです。

ソフィアでは快適なホテルに入ると思います。

ビジネスで一泊の宿泊でした。少しホテルは古く感じましたが、部屋は広く清潔できれいです。また、中心地からは少し距離があります。少し歩くと小さなショッピングモールがありました。ホテルのWifiもヒルトン会員であれば無料となりました。朝食もエッグ料理を選択することができました。壁が薄いようで隣の声が聞こえたのが少しマイナスでした。それとタクシーはその都度ホテルが呼ぶので、5分程度待たされます。あとは不満もなく快適に過ごすことができると思います。

さすがヒルトン

まさにヒルトンでした。お部屋も広く、バスタブもあり、食事もおいしかったです。ブルガリアということもあり、お値段もドイツやパリよりもはるかにお値打ちなのにスタッフの対応もよく素晴らしい宿泊でした。

ブルガリアのホテル

ブルガリアではチップなどは基本的にいらないらしく、あまり置いてませんでした。しかし、清掃員の方がタオルで花を作っておいてくれたり、メモにお礼を書いておくと絵を描いて返してくれたりと非常にユーモアのある方で、毎日部屋に帰るのが楽しみでした。こちらも折り鶴を置いたりと、顔は合わせないながらも楽しいやりとりでした。ホテルのプールは若干狭く、泳ぐのは難しかったですが、それ以外は文句なしでした。またブルガリアに行く機会があれば、もう一度利用しようと思います。

ビジネスで１週間滞在しましたが、５つ星のホテルのサービス対応としてはかなりお粗末と指摘されてもしょうがないホテルでした。

きれいで快適なホテル。観光地からは遠いかも…。

初めての土地で、現地の情報収集が不十分だったため、ブランドを信用して利用しました。ホテル自体は、きれいですし、大変快適に過ごすことが出来ました。スタッフも親切に対応してくれましたし、部屋も食事も大変満足です。強いて挙げればWiFiが別料金なことでしょうか？宿泊費に含めてもいいかと思いました。しかし、観光中心部からは少し離れていて、例えば、食事に出かけるにしても、観光に出かけるにしても、ちょっと遠い感じがします。ギリギリ徒歩圏内という感じでしょうか？ホテルの裏手に大きめのショッピングセンター、徒歩数分の国立文化宮殿の地下にスーパーがあり、水やちょっとした買い物には事欠きませんが、ガイドブックに載っているようなレストランなどは、地下鉄やバスを利用した方がいいかもしれません。

ソフィアNo1ホテル

設備が新しく，間違いなくソフィアNo1の高級ホテルです．シェラトンに比べれば立地的に南側となり，著名な観光スポットへは遠くなりますが，工事中のエンデカが復活さえすれば，そんなには寂れてはいない地域です．でもいつになるやら．センターオブソフィアという大きなショッピングモールが隣にあり，便利です．設備が新しく，プール，ジム，サウナが無料なのはありがたい．ただし，WiFiは２０EUとバカ高い．レストランはリーゾナブルな価格です．朝食付きパックなら朝食もリーゾナブル．お勧めNo1です．

Nice location, great staff. Didn’t like that only one elevator was working (I understand there is construction work going on, but keep 2 out of 3 elevators working, please). The Executive Lounge was rather poor, compared to other hotels, in terms of food and drinks.

I love, love the Hilton Sofia! It is my third time here and I would not stay at any other hotel. It is an updated hotel with amazing, amazing staff. Each room is very quiet and is very convenient to the main area of the city.

Un bon Hilton, mais beaucoup de services payants

Bel hôtel, chambre fonctionnelle mais il y a toujours un problème avec les Hilton, il faut souvent tout payé, le wifi, l’eau (aucune eau offerte dans la chambre), c’est étrange d’autant que tous les hotels offrent tous ces services, cela ne me donne pas envie de retourner dans un Hilton.

Das Hotel ist sehr schoen und zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fruehstueck war lecker. Im Bad gab es ab und zu einen komischen Geruch, der nach Einschaltung der Klimaanlage verschwand. Wir waren insgesamt ganz zufrieden!
