This cozy, updated condominium is the perfect Mountain Lodge home away from home! Enjoy a short, leisurely stroll to the Village restaurants and shops - no need to drive! Fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group, and two master bedrooms with two full-sized bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone. Plus, two parking spots in a security-guarded lot. Note that there is an entrance fee to use Split Rock Pools, pets and smoking are strictly prohibited.
No pets. No smoking. No bikes inside condos. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM.

Family ski weekend

The unit was just what our group required for our spring skiing weekend. The only issue we had was a malfunctioning of the sofa bed fold out unit. We were able to make it work, but the folding and unfolding mechanism did not seem to be functioning properly. Otherwise all enjoyed the unit during our stay.

Great location!

ML390 is in an ideal location if you want to ski. Walk out the back and you are at the Ballhooter lift. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Communication was great prior to checking in. Will absolutely stay there again.

Cozy lodge right next to Ski trails

It was a lovely and cozy lodge located right next to the main village at Snowshoe. Location was great to go to the shops, restaurants, shuttles to various other mountains, and right next to the main ski runs. Communication was fast and helpful. I would absolutely book again!

Great spot, but not for summer

The place was super clean, and location was ideal, but I didn’t notice that air-conditioning was not listed as an amenity, and it was hot! It was a really hot day the day we checked in. When we opened the door to the condo, it felt like an oven. There is a portable unit in the den that we turned on full blast within minutes of arriving, but with check-in not being until 5, it couldn’t make a dent in anything except the main living space before bedtime that night. It would have made a big difference if it could have been turned on earlier in anticipation of our stay. One of the two bedrooms has windows that open to the outside, so while it wasn’t great the first night in there, the temperature was bearable. The second bedroom is down a long hallway from the main room and has no exterior windows, and it was was impossible to sleep in there with the heat - even with box fans lined up down the hallway trying to push some cool air in there. We had to sleep on the couch in the den that night. We left the ac running full blast all day the next day. By that night, the bedroom closest to the den was comfortable, and the bedroom down the hall was bearable, but not great. I’d recommend this place most of the time, but not in the hottest part of the summer!
