PLEASE NOTE that Mountain Lodge's interior common areas will be under renovation between March 31 - November 26, 2025. While this may result in some construction noise and dust, it won't affect the comfort of your stay at Mountain Lodge 372. Mountain Lodge 372 is a warm and comfortable1BR/1BA unit that sleeps 4. Perfect for a restful night after a long day on the slopes! Located adjacent to Snowshoe Village, and only steps away from the Ballhooter chair lift, shops, and restaurants. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access. DISH Network TV with HBO. Refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Full-size stove and oven. Coffee maker (10 - 12 cup brewer). Cozy living room with a fold-out couch. Flat-screen TV & DVD player. Dining table seats four. Queen-sized bed in the bedroom. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevators. Third-floor unit means LESS noise! Beautiful view of the West Virginia mountains and Shavers Lake! Once you arrive, park in the security-guarded lot and you won’t have to drive again until you are ready to leave.

Great location.

The owner was prompt in communicating and provided all of the information needed to make the reservation and to check-in. Check-in was smooth, very friendly staff, and I was able to give the information for another party who was arriving before me. The unit was as presented, very comfortable, and a great location for our skiing.

Ski Trip

We had a great stay in ML372! The listing was accurate, clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a short stay. The location was great, with a beautiful view out of the living room overlooking the mountains and we walked right out of the building onto the slopes each day. Would recommend!

World Cup visit

Our group of 4 enjoyed our stay! The space was narrow, but very clean. Carpets felt like they were cleaned recently with one big stain by the bathroom. Bathroom was small for 4 people but we made it work. Loved the view. It would be nice if you could get a more wide open view of the lake from the kitchen area. We didn’t have a need to cook but basically just slept and showered there. On that note, sleeping on the sofa bed was not the most comfortable. It made the weekend less than relaxing. The couch had stains, holes and marks on it as well after lifting the couch cover to pull out the bed. I wouldn’t recommend 4 unless the pull out bed is replaced. Based on our friends stay in the bedroom, I’d be more than happy to stay here again! The location is convenient. The staff are kind.
