This upgraded first floor studio is just steps away from Snowmass Ski Area and a short walk from shops and restaurants in the Village Mall. Enjoy your own private patio & cozy up in front of your own personal wood-burning fireplace after a full day of skiing or hiking. To relax, take advantage of our on-site, two-tier hot tubs. Featuring a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, this studio is perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.

Laurelwood 103 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

This unit seems a bit more worn down than some of the others in this complex, but it was comfortable for our family of three, and a convenient ground floor location.

Nice but warm and a little noisy with windows open and fan - no a/c - and limited privacy

This is a beautiful unit in a great location. However, even though it cooled down at night outside, there was not enough air circulation to cool the unit down at night. We had both windows open - and I even propped up the fan on furniture to pull in cool air - and still, it was 75 degrees at 11 pm - and 71 in the am when I woke (with the fan on all night). For reference, it was chilly outside, in the 60's. Because we had to leave the windows (and shades) open to let the air in, there was no privacy AND some very loud birds that were active day and night, waking my daughter up.

Disappointed after the fact

Double charged for my booking. Still trying to get it removed from my credit card after bringing it to their attention almost two weeks ago. They will take your money in an instant but good luck getting it back.

Snowmass Holiday

Laurelwood is an excellent condo! The staff, especially Gavin, were all helpful, informative, and kind. Gavin went out of his way to help with whatever I needed and was knowledgeable about things going on in Snowmass. The condo was cheerful, clean, and cozy. I was by myself this trip, but there was plenty of room for two or three more. The bed was really comfortable and the chairs and sofa, too. I got a lot of work done on the kitchen counter and had my meals there. Ohh, and the shower was clean and plenty of water pressure. My room was on the 1st floor and was reasonably close to the hot tub (which was amazing). The big TV for a movie I watched was cool, and so were the wood fires I made. I can't think of anything better my hostess could have done to prepare a more excellent suite. Finally, the walk to the slopes was a few hundred feet out the backdoor. It was no more than a walk from your car into the grocery store by comparison. Just a perfect spot. Thank you all for a great stay!! Cheers, -joe
