The stay here was OK. We had some issues that the property manager was responsive to, but things that could have been addressed before our arrival. The location is great. Steps from “Incline ski rentals” which we loved. It is on the third floor no elevator, just to be aware. Also know that you can not stand up in the loft sleeping area you had to crawl. This may be better for smaller children rather than a tall teenager. We used the hot tub which was closeby every night. 4 min walk to the slopes. 2 min walk to the village/mall area. The couch/shower/bathroom could use an update. The sheet kept popping off the king bed bc it has a mattress topper, needing a deepSized sheet. Shower curtain discolored and needs to be replaced. Couch throw pillows are old and worn. For the price being charged per night these updates should be in place. there was an order every time you walked in like mothballs. The guest book had a lot of comments about this smell. They did drop off febreeze for us which i sprayed every time upon entering. you did get used to the smell once you were inside for a while. I think I’d stay nearby but this place was not the best experience and we will not be rebooking it in the future.
