"Expedia lied and said their costs included all fees and taxes, but at check in, the front desk charged another $66 for parking!! :( The fridge in the room was missing the entire bottom shelf, took the staff over 24 hours to fix that. The hotel is proudly "pet friendly" - and there was a pet urine stain on the carpet in front of the couch in my room. I complained to the staff multiple times but no one ever came to clean it in the 5 days I was there. The back entrance to the main floor of the hotel had piles of dog poop everywhere in the grass and even onto the sidewalks. Housekeeping staff left an old, dirty, damp dish cleaning sponge under the sink and I had to ask twice to get a new one."

"Filthy, dirty room. Run down. Ripped carpet, Ripped wallpaper. Stains everywhere. Hallways totally dirty. Carpet totally dirty. Stayed for three nights. Couldn’t wait to leave! Disgusting."

"The gym is small but treadmill works (elliptical has been broken for a couple years now - ive stayed here before. Staff is nice. Place is old. Saw a woodpecker eating the side of it. Great area. The sounds of the room above me, the super slow elevator, no sheer curtain for my window so no light in room unless i wanna feel like no privacy kinda sucked, wished it had internet tv but does have cable, microwave n fridge are so nice to have. Hard to rate. Good area but i had the loudest walkers over my head floor above at 5 AM and a farting burping coughing man in the room next door seemed like my whole stay (i was there a week) i could hear him at 5-6AM as well… horrible … "
