Great Find

This was our 3rd stay at this property and it was fabulous, as usual. Very clean and comfortable and the host is amazing. My toddlers look forward to staying here every time we visit grandma and grandpa.

This is a charming basement apartment that was perfect for my small family. We loved the privacy, cleanliness and the thought that went into making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely a lovely property with everything you could want or need during a stay away!! Julie is a fabulous host. The property is quiet and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to anywhere in the Smithfield/Logan area. Pet friendly since I was staying with my show dog for the dog show in Logan. I would very much return should my vacation/stay needs take me back to the Logan area! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Thanks!!

Great place to stay

We just went for the weekend with my dog and the place was close to many things to do in Logan. The hosts were very quick to respond and even contacted neighbors late in the night to calm their barking dogs. Very accommodating and kind. The bed was super comfortable! I would easily recommend staying here!!

Perfect in every way

This place was perfect. Easy to find and to check in and out. The accommodation we exactly as shown and completely met our expectation. The small and simple amenities were a nice surprise, along with the quietness of the family above. We slept in with no noise. We will most definitely stay here again.

We’ll Be Back

My wife told me that she wants to stay here when we come back to Smithfield, Logan area, and I agree. Of all the places we’ve stayed, this was the best. Extremely clean, roomy, comfortable bed, and extra touches that we appreciated. Can’t say enough about the host. She was very pleasant and always got back to us right away if we had questions. Highly recommend !

The property was beautiful, easy access, decorated very nicely, and very clean. It was a wonderful property, near the venue we were at for a concert. Would definitely stay here again if we were coming back for a concert. Julie was very easy to communicate with and was very nice and pleasant. I would definity recommend this property to others.

Great little getaway!!

I was in town for my grandson's wedding and 22 members of my family were staying at an 8 bedroom house. Needless to say, I needed a quiet place to stay. THIS WAS IT...A basement apartment attached to a very nice family's house! It had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. And it turned out to be only 1 1/2 blocks from where all my kids and grandkids were staying (totally unplanned!). The owners were so nice and helpful, and very responsive when I had a question or needed something. Thank you for such a great stay!

Practically perfect

The basement apartment was clean and worked perfectly for our family of 4. The one minor inconvenience - no Kleenex, but we survived :). This home was close to our destination which worked perfectly. My kids loved the Disney Plus and two TVs so they could each watch their own thing. We all loved the multiple outlets to be able to plug in all of our electronic devices, especially by the lamps by the bed. The kitchen was large enough to tap dance in :) The exterior 120 volt outlet allowed a trickle charge for our EV.
