「Great location and rental! Clean, easy to communicate we with manager due to door code not working, quick service, and would recommend staying! We had problems with grill taking too long to cook food and it had plenty of propane. The only other problem we had is the sitting area in the main room is tight and doesn't fit the 10 people we had to watch a movie together. But, overall....we enjoyed our stay!」

Our grandkids loved the slide & basketball court, and spent countless hours in the private pool. Night swimming and hot tub were awesome! Michael (the host) was very responsive to questions or needs. It was the perfect location for a smaller-sized wedding. It offered a gorgeous wedding backdrop with unsurpassed views of beautiful Bear Lake. Highly recommended! 」

「We had a wonderful time at Shar and her husband's home. They went above and beyond to be gracious hosts. My sister brought her dog with her. That dog did not like being alone at home. She became pretty noisy, so Shar asked if they could take care of her while we were at our function in town. The house was clean and tidy, with a beautiful backyard for the dog to run around in. We were grateful for their hospitality.」
