✍️ Before arrival, the booking guest must complete our required check-in form, including the guest-registration information and estimated arrival and departure times needed to coordinate the stay.

There is ongoing construction during 2026 near this apartment. If you plan to work or have small children that have specific nap times, please consider the possibility that there may be noise between the hours of 7am and 8pm. Our team will help you plan activities outside the apartment during active periods to ensure the most comfortable stay possible. Note that noise is not guaranteed, and that many guests successfully enjoy the accommodation on a regular basis. Construction is very common in the locality of Sliema, and we take great pride in the quality of the apartments and services we provide. Therefore we do not provide discounts related to construction.
