"Incredible Service – A Business Traveler's Dream! After a grueling business travel day arriving after 8:00 p.m., the team at Mona Hotel Montreux completely turned my mood around. I was greeted by two front desk agents whose humor and genuine engagement made the stress of the day disappear instantly. Despite the late hour, they went the extra mile to personally show me the spa, Jacuzzi, and sauna facilities to ensure I could properly unwind. This is world-class hospitality at its finest. "Property details are completely incorrect. 1. Property is not waterfront. It’s a 20 minute drive to waterfront2. Property did not have jacuzzi available. No water, owner advised too expensive3. Property had no air conditioner which they state they had. Owner was not happy she had to locate two machines. It was extremely hot.4. Property did not have a working barbecue. It was in a box and more like a camping BBq. 5. No instructions how to operate anything in the house- owner arrive same day we arrived and expected us to remember all instructions- :(6. Personnel entered the home when we were not there which is not appropriate for a rental property. They need to call and advise they are entering the property. We had valuables in the house."
