"At arrival it was confusing because we had reserved a specific room and we were given a different room. We try making the arrangements to get what we paid for and we were stuck to that room until the next day at 8:00pm when finally the assistant director Aillen finally was able to accommodate us in the right room. It was really upsetting to have to wait to the next day to be able to get what we paid for. But Aileen made sure that we were all set and also treated us with in room dinner . The staff at the Sakura Club is excellent, amazing and exceptional. Starting with the chefs and rest of the staff, but a special shoutout to Amitri and Mimi that everyday when the xtra mile with there attention. The food is great, the staff and the cleanliness was great. Breakfast , dinner and drinks on point all the time."

"The perfect one, closer to everything just 3 minutes walk from Capital One Arena, the restaurant fantastic and the staff awesome, the only thing that I paid for a King room that was supposed to include mini fridge and microwave and neither of them were there, I sent a message to Expedia but still they the fridge and microwave never arrived. Which it means wasting money for nothing as $340 for a night without those things is considered expensive. I will definitely go back even that I was so disappointed."
