1. NO SMOKING inside the property. Pick up and properly dispose your butts in the exterior garbage.

3. NO PARTIES: Small gatherings are permitted. No parties allowed.

4. Do NOT rearrange furniture in a significant way, such as moving couches to a new location.

We loved everything. We slept so awesome in this quiet neighborhood and cozy bed. The location was perfect. We felt like we were no more than 10 mins from everything that we needed while visiting family. Only 20 mins from downtown. It was decorated so beautifully, nice and clean, and had all the extra touches that some VRBO’s neglect. Working with Chris was quick, professional, and personal. We will 100% snag this spot every time we visit.

Excellent choice

The condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Even though it is on the lower level we did not hear any noise from the condo above or beside. I highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay but bring your own pillows

Well appointed & very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only had a couple issues; finding apartment at night - could use better instructions for check-in - getting to apartment from parking area. Also pillows were way too full for sleeping on & caused everyone to have a sore neck.

Great for the Weekend

The VBRO was a perfect fit for our weekend in Sioux Falls. The apartment was clean, quiet, and easy to get to for shopping. We did not receive the code for the VBRO for check-in, but Chris was very quick to respond to me and get the code for entering the VBRO. Great VBRO and will stay there again if we are traveling to Sioux Falls.

Great property

We were looking for a convenient location to softball fields where we watched my step daughter play. The accommodations were great, including a fully stocked laundry which was needed to be ready for multiple days of games!
