"Very nice room and spacious"

"Ismail is to be highly commended for his great customer service and efficiency. He helped our daughters change room when their toilet didn’t work. Their room was also showing some wear and tear in the sofa. He showed concern about the situation, and was great in handling adverse situation such as an irate mother. The other room (husband and mine)was wonderful, though. And the daughters’ room, once it was changed to another room was good, too. Another employee who was to be commended was Alvin, who was always smiling and helpful. Will stay again at Le Chatelaine if we were to be back in Brussels."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The Fam suite unfortunately had two king beds rather than one room with a twin which would have been preferable. The suite was large and it was nice to have some space. There is nothing in the kitchen area except wine glasses. The pool was nice, warm and good for an evening swim. Great views from the roof Check in was quite slow but fine once we got there."
