4泊5日滞在。大判バスタオル1枚を支給された。 2日目にタオル交換を申し出た所、すぐ交換してもらえたので、3日目も交換を申し出た所、2回までしかタオル交換できないと言われ、交換してもらえなかった。大判バスタオルは干す場所もなく、湿って臭くなる。毎日交換して欲しい。 シーツの交換は5日間なかった。

Thank you for your feedback. As a guideline, we change towels once every 3 days & the full capsule linens once every 7 days (unless there is a special reason for an immediate change). We do have innovative guests who hang their wet towels outside their capsules on the ventilation holes using the hanger provided or they hang them on the hooks in the capsule. We would like to thank you for staying with us and hoped you enjoyed your vacation in Singapore.

Close walk to food, shopping, train station and river walk. Location is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable capsules. Clean showers and bathrooms. I would definitely staff again.

Had a great experience at Kinn! I was there at 08:30 because my flight arrived early but could store my luggage at the hotel so I could start exploring Singapore. The capsules are very tidy, mattress was great. The property is clean. Besides this, they provide a small breakfast (a lunch box with two sandwiches and fresh fruit) every morning. Loved the location - it’s 10 minutes walking to the hawker centers in Chinatown and about a 15-20 minute walk to Marina Bay Sands and Merlion (if you have a fast pace). It is not a very social hostel, but you can chat with your fellow travellers in the hotel lobby as you’re having breakfast. I will definitely stay at Kinn again when I’m in Singapore!

Good Pod Hotel Centrally Located in Singapore
I stayed one night at this property. It was a reasonable stay with good amenities and service. The pod was as expected, and the property provided lockers for personal effects. Everything was digital, including entry to the property, access to the pods, access to the locker, which was quite convenient. Wifi was good. Bathroom area was clean and had a good layout, but it was not environmentally controlled, so it was quite hot and humid when I visited, and this was well after most people were asleep and I was the only person in the facility. Hotel gave earplugs and slippers, which was nice, and this provided a good rest for me - I was not bothered until my alarm went off in the morning, so noise didn't seem to be an issue. Hotel is well-situated near Clarke Quay so it is quite central with good access to many nearby amenities and destinations. I'm not typically a traveller that stays in pod hotels but if I had to stay in one again, I would recommend this property.

The room was very clean and the staff was fantastic. It would have been nice however to have a fan in the capsule and maybe a white noise machine.

The most important requirements for me were all met. 1. Staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The wifi doesn't work on my phone and one lady really wanted to help me. One young man (starts with S? maybe) helped call a taxi for me and helped load my luggage without being asked. 2. Felt very safe in the property. Rooms were kept locked and secure lockers were available for luggage. Neighborhood also safe. 3. Quiet and able to rest even with other roommates (all respectful of quiet hours) and even with the property being in an active, busy area. Capsule and bed clean and no signs of bed bugs or other critters around the property. I'm unsure of shower cleanliness. Witnessed the staff cleaning the restrooms daily in the mornings, but the shower just seemed iffy. Recommend always bringing shower shoes for places where restrooms are shared. Some water leaks from the shower stall located by the door so the entrance way is often wet. The trash can gets full quickly so it should be switched out with a bigger one. In the bedroom, my capsule wasn't very thoroughly cleaned. Some hair on the shelf/outlet area and in the spaces between the mattress and capsule frame. General wear and tear throughout such as marks on the lobby furniture. Happy with the amenities - filtered water dispenser, both cold and hot, and a microwave. Bonus coffee, tea, and snacks provided too. Would be pleased to return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

새로 생긴 캡슐 호텔이라 그런지 일단 청결하구요 화장실 샤워실 모두 붐비는 시간 때 피해서 이용 해서 그럴수도 있는데 기다린적은 없습니다. 슬리퍼 치약칫솔 귀마개 기본 제공인데, 캡슐호텔에서 어메니티를 받을 줄이야!! 그리고 정수기 2층에 있고 전자레읹 사용 할수 있어서 음식 포장해서 1층에서 시원하게 먹었어요. 체크아웃 하고 짐 보관 했는데 짐 찾으면서 샤워실이나 화장실 쓰고 가고 된다고 하네요 직원분들 모두 다 친절하고 특히, 새벽에 체크인 했는데 인보이스까지 뽑아주시고 감동했습니다. 다음에 싱가포르 오면 또 숙박할 의향 100%입니다

Sehr gute Lage, leider nicht sehr sauber.
Der Check in verlief schnell und unkompliziert, da die anreise in der nacht war, ist mir am nächsten Tag aufgefallen das mein Zimmer( Capsule) nicht sauber war, es waren lange schwarze haare an meinem Bett sowie zwischen der Matratze und dem Gestell war eine Menge staub, Schuppen etc. hier sollte dran gearbeitet werden.

Everything about KINN Capsule Hotel was wonderful. Beginning with a warm welcome by Esther made my entry comfortable. She took real good care. Hena was another staff who was equally helpful and they never denied any of my request or help. Syed the manager was also a kind person and helped with valuable information. Overall my stay there was awesome. I stayed there for 6 days. Highly recommended

Our reception staff was most likely engaged with another guest, and our main door is password locked at night for security. As KINN is a shared accommodation, we have separate male and female toilet with shower facilities outside the dormitories. Once again, thank you for your feedback.

Clean but noisy
Pros: The part that i would like to compliment is the check in staff is very friendly and helpful, conditions of the bed and toilet are clean too. Cons: You cant really have a proper rest. Even though earplugs was provided, from 10pm-5am i could hear people coming in and out, talking and laughing. I feel so restless the next morning.

Just for me , it was not comfortable to care others inside each of capsules not to bother with noise . I had to be like a ninja . And people didn’t really greet each other , which was not friendly and made me uncomfortable.
