Location overlooks some nice open-air restaurants and bars, so can be noisy at night which didn't bother me but something to consider. Several malls next door, convenient area for shopping and eating. Clean however air conditioning in my room reported that it needed a filter change and the room was slightly musty. Overall good location and value though. Staff are awesome.

Arena esport

The bedsheets are not changed daily. Although the location is convenient and nearby shopping malls are plentiful. Please change the freshner. The choice of the freshner is choking.

We could not have been happier with our stay! We had booked a room and opted for the shared bathroom facilities, so for those looking for the rooms with private bathrooms, you'll need to scroll to another review. Our room was clean and had the most comfortable mattress, and a very convenient small sofa and desk for our use. To those who are looking at the shared facilities and are unsure - do not fret! They were clean, well kept, toilets had bidet facilities for those requiring it, shower pressure was fantastic, and complementary shampoo and shower gel is in the shower cubicles, along with a hair dryer by the sinks. The hotel's location on Orchard Rd is brilliant for convenience with public transport and walking. The staff were incredible - to the gentleman who handled our check-in/out, thank you so much! You were so warm and kind to us, I feel terrible to have not gotten your name to be able to give you a personal shout out! To Arena upper management, he was working the 21-22 Nov, is a credit to you and I hope he is acknowledged for his diligence! I believe I am going to become a regular with this chain as my partner & I have had nothing but wonderful stays with them! We had stayed Arena's other premise in Bugis last year (2023), this year we were only staying in Singapore for one night and opted to try their Orchard premises in Cuppage Terrace as it was much closer to where our evening plans were located. We have raved about this chain endlessly to all our friends!

Room in the middle of orchard so it’s super accessible at any time. Washrooms and showrooms really good enough despite it sharing. There were ample for everyone. There’s some weird smell in the room and sheets. Not sure what those are about. Good for weekdays too. Not for weekends as below is a series of bars and restaurants and can be really noisy. All in all, good enough for the pricepoint.

Very inconvenient, especially for Seniors.The worst of its kind. You should mention in your add that it’s not convenient for Seniors. Your add is very misleading. It’s very hard to carry your bags and baggage up the staircase. Access to the property very difficult. Hard to find. It’s been my worst trip. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Kitchen horrible. No fridge, airfryer needs to be added. Cooking facilities substandard. For the money charged we can get better accommodation in the area. Very very disappointed. Went to Singapore for my birthday the worst birthday I have ever had.

Be careful

I wouldn't recommend this place to be honest. I booked a two bed room (one bed and one sofa-bed). The sofa-bed didn't come with a blanket. When arriving at the place, and asking for one, they wanted to charge an extra $15/night. So I just went to decathlon and bough myself a sleeping back for the same price of one night. The person in the desk is very rude, doesn't pay attention to anyone. They listen to music quite loud all day and early morning. I usually woke up because the front-desk is listening to loud music. The bathroom is usually dirty, there is a shower and shampoo dispenser in the shower, but it was always empty. The place is super cool, great ambient with a great potential, but the people running it have no idea how to maintain the place clean and in good condition. Best of luck with everything!
