Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. "At midnight someone entered our room with a key and left when he saw it was occupied. 15 minutes later the desk called and asked me 5 times to spell my name, asked how I got in the room, asked for my confirmation number and asked if they could come up to the room to straighten out the problem. I said NO. Finally they determined that maybe there was another person in the hotel with the same name and let me go back to sleep. It is alarming to have someone enter your room while you are sleeping. It is disturbing to be interrogated in the middle of the night about the legitimacy of your occupancy of the room. This was NOT a good experience. Obviously there was a serious problem with the hotel computer system to give out two sets of keys to the same room."
