"I rate the Hyatt Centric Murano at 5 stars. The staff is very attentive. friendly, and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and serviced daily. The bedroom is located in a loft and must be accessed by a stairway. As a senior, I prefer a one-level layout, but the loft design creates a high ceiling, which makes the room feel even more spacious. The hotel is decorated throughout with fine glass art, which Murano artisans are famous for. The breakfast selections are outstanding, and the dining area can feel intimate even with lots of diners. I like the location because Murano is not overflowing with tourists like other locations near the Venice city center. If you plan on visiting some of the many tourist sites in the city, the only downside to the location is that you will need to become familiar with the public water taxi service to plan your travel routes efficiently. This can be confusing at first, but Google Maps makes it easier. Museo Murano is a water taxi stop conveniently located directly in front of the hotel. Public transport is relatively inexpensive, especially since you can purchase multi-day passes. The alternative is a more expensive private water taxi. The hotel operates its own water taxi service to and from the airport. Overall, we were very pleased with our 5-night stay, and we would happily stay there again if we are fortunate enough to return."

"We only stayed for one night...we just needed a hotel near the Venice Mestre Train station which this hotel was very convenient. We only used this hotel for a quick stay"

"Perfect hotel for visiting Venice, we got the bus straight from the airport to right outside the hotel which was only €10 each. The hotel is opposite the train station which takes you in to Venice for €1.50 each. The hotel was clean & bed was comfy. Breakfast was very nice, as was the restaurant attached to the hotel, Soul kitchen."

"I had two rooms - the first a double on my own and then a triple when my friends arrived for Venice half marathon. My double room was great, walk in shower and room was made up every day, spotlessly clean too. The triple was a little less nice, tiny shower cubicle and the room wasn’t made up or the bins emptied which let it down. Breakfast was basic, but they did have a couple of pre packaged gluten free options. We ate one night in the restaurant and it was ok but we wouldn’t eat there again, we did it as we arrived late back one night and there’s nothing else around the hotel to go to. Bonus is that it’s 5 minutes walk to the boat stops, flixbus and the people mover. Really disappointingly though you have to pay to store your bags in lockers at €15 for the day which I think is ridiculous - never stayed at a hotel before which does that."

"We stayed in the annex, which is separate from the hotel no elevator we were at the top heavy bags. The hallway light wouldn’t come on very dark in there, bed it was a bit hard. Lovely staff nice breakfast for €15 Great location Very clean they actually clean your room every day"
