Walk To Siesta Village And Beach/Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub

The Siesta Village Beach House is a PRIVATE 2 bedroom 1 bath APARTMENT in a large house with an extra outdoor shower (enclosed with a fence) and private room with toilet and sink (the outside bathroom is accessible by the pool adjacent to the outdoor shower). The apartment is the main portion of the house where I used to live, and the other portion of house is rented to annual tenants who have NO access to the pool or hot tub. Private parking in front of house easily fits 2 cars/SUVs. Annual tenants have their own parking on the side of the house. The annual tenant's units are on the side and back of house. The bedrooms and bathrooms do not share any walls with the tenant's units. Couch in living room can be used to sleep an additional person. King bed in master and queen bed in second bedroom. All high end appliances, large screen 70" 4K television in living room, television in each bedroom, private large heated lap pool with jacuzzi, out door shower and bathroom by the pool and laundry facilities. Just a short walk to Siesta Key Village and beach. Beach access 2 is a short 1/2 mile walk that takes you through Siesta Village to the beach. A beach cart, umbrellas and floats are available for renters to use. Two older bikes are also available for use. Lounge chairs surround the private pool (POOL IS NOT SHARED). Large walk-in shower with various shower heads in house with access from master bedroom and hallway. Hardwood floors in main living area. Italian porcelain in bathroom.

The property has security cameras in the pool area and front entrance. There are absolutely no cameras inside

Owner purchased home in 1998 and did major renovations in 2011 adding the pool and hot tub. Owner lived in home until 2015 when it was listed as a vacation rental.

The owner lives next door to the property, and is available to accommodate guests should any issues arise.

It is advisable to get trip insurance to protect against financial loss within the no-cancelation period, especially during hurricane season.

Our host, Michael was wonderful! If we had a question or whatever, he responded immediately. The place is cute & very comfortable with top notch appliances. The beds were great! The pool, hot tub & backyard is beautiful. The location to the Village or beach is incredibly close. It’s the perfect place.

Amazing Place

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Siesta Village and Sarasota Beach. Michael’s check in process is a breeze. The house is clean and welcoming with well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Rooms and tropical backyard with pool and hot tub were relaxing. Plenty of hot water, towels and beach accessories for my family of four. Large driveway for parking. Great experience!

Amazing. This place was perfect for our family of 3. All needed items are provided from beach needs to home living items. Owner is attentive and helpful. The bathroom and kitchen are gorgeous. The pool is a private tropical oasis in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to town and beach was easy. The additional outdoor shower and bathroom made it possible for my daughter to practically live outside and spend hours in the pool! If you are on the fence, book it!!!!

A Dream place close to the beach.

To sum it up quickly. Perfect! The owner Michael was very friendly and responsive as well as handled any issues quickly. The beach is a close 10 min walk (walking slowly) and everything is close at the village right down the street. There was no reason to drive anywhere, also Michael supplies two bikes that the wife and I had a blast riding around as well as all the beach amenities are on site in the shed. (Umbrella, wagon, chairs). We will definitely be staying again! Thanks again Michael for being so friendly and helpful!

Absolutely ideal

Perfect situation! The house was all we could ask for in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Being able to walk to the village for dinner and shopping, along with the beach, was ideal. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Chairs, umbrellas and floats. Plus a couple bicycles to get around. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Siesta Key!

Awesome House!!

The house was amazing! Finishes were high end and it was spotless! The shower was one of our favorite features! The location was awesome to the village restaurants/shops and the beach was just a short walk away. The pool was the reason we stayed here and it was worth it, it was so refreshing!

A wonderful vacation in a wonderful home

The home is well appointed, well cared for and comfortable. We love the backyard! It is an oasis. The pool is much larger than we thought it would be and great for those who like to swim laps. The hot tub is wonderful and was a special treat for us. The location is very convenient to everything and the owner is very nice and helpful! There is plenty of space for parking in the driveway.

Home away from home

This house is excellent in every way. It is roomy and contemporary. Furniture, kitchen, bathroom, pool--everything is high-end, attractive and comfortable. Love this house! Very clean, spacious & nicely furnished. The best part was the beautiful backyard! Loved that it was private and shaded with palm trees. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, & comfortable outdoor seating every day. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We also used the outdoor grill. It’s a short walk to the village for shopping and restaurants. We also used the bikes that were provided. Check in and communication with the owner was easy. Will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend to family & friends.

Perfect Location and Great Pool/Backyard

The house is a short walk to the center of town yet very peaceful. Interior is very cozy, a nice change from all the antiseptic white tiled houses you usually see in Florida. The pool and the backyard are the real stars - the pool is so big my husband swam laps every day. The landscaping is lush and beautiful, you feel like you are in your own private tropical resort. Mike was very responsive to our inquiries. There are long term tenants who live on one side of the house - we never heard them but we did hear their dogs barking a couple of mornings. I contacted Mike and he immediately addressed it. I would definitely return and would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful little slice of paradise

Cute beach house , great kitchen and lounging area in living room, but we spent most time ( if not at the beach) in the backyard oasis... pool and jacuzzi were just great. Very private .. close proximity to beach and village , very easy walk for us. Host thought of everything and had lots of extras!! Would definitely return!

Great place, FANTASTIC pool/spa

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key! Check-in was a breeze and we were even able to get in an hour early! The place was clean and perfect for myself, my husband and two of our teenagers! We were close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but far enough away that it was very quiet. The pool is huge for the house being on the smaller side! We spent a lot of time in the pool/spa! We loved it! Michael was available via text message to answer any questions if we had them and always responded very quickly!

Siesta Spring Break

This is the second year we've stayed at one of Michaels properties. It's been great both times. Really enjoyed how close this property is to the downtown area. Nice easy walk. And then the place itself was great. Clean, well appointed, and the pool was very nice. It's huge! Would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay!

This quirky house was wonderful! Everything was aspotless. The beautiful backyard was our own oasis when we weren't at the beach or in the village. Both were easy walking distance and we're all in our late 60's'. You have to pass thru the master bedroom to get to the backyard but we were ok wih it. Could use a nice seating area on the front deck. A definite 5 star house!!! Thankyou Mike!

Very comfortable stay

Great property in excellent funky neighborhood easily walkable to town and beach. Place was clean and well stocked with high end appliances. Fantastic Inside and Outside Spaces!

The property in back is very spacious and beautiful. Both the foliage and design of the pool/hot tub made it very easy to stay in! Access to bikes and other pool/beach items gave us an all in one experience. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen spectacular. Our son loved all the T.V.s. Mike was so easy to reach and very accommodating! Highly recommend this property!

Sun, Sand, beaches, pool, seafood, location and tons of fun! Beautiful property, beautiful area, great beaches and community!! Our third stay at the Perry House and it’s always a wonderful time! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay close to Siesta Village, beaches, restaurants, and shops with an amazing pool and even a refreshing outdoor shower - this is where you want to go! All beach things you could possibly need are here as well- chairs, umbrella, towels, shovel, buckets, pool noodles, rafts, boogie boards, toys for the kids and a volleyball! We can’t wait for our next trip to Siesta Key and stay at the Perry house! Until next time Siesta Key, we will miss you dearly! Can’t wait to come back!!!!!
