This renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the second floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! It is just steps to the beach which allows you to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the guest bedroom has two new full size beds. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The modern style, open kitchen has nice granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room TV size is 65 smart Tv", while both bedroom TV sizes are 48 inch smart tv for your enjoyment, the master bedroom is a 50 inch smart Tv as well. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The open patio allows you to enjoy the beautiful tropical breezes.

Amazing View

The property was very clean and organized. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The best part was the big windows in the living room and bedrooms that looked out over the beach/gulf. I do not like heights so the 2nd floor was perfect. The pool and tennis courts looked great but we never used them as we spent most of our time in the beach. I would definitely recommend this property. My wife and daughter are already wanting to plan another trip!!

Breathtaking View

Even though everything on this property was in perfect shape, clean with all the amenities that you would need to enjoy your stay, even if it weren’t, the views of this spectacular beach were breathtaking. We can’t wait until we can come and enjoy it again next year. Thank you.

Beachfront- perfect for us

We wanted steps to the beach. Palm Bay Club delivered. This is a tower unit with gorgeous beach views. Decent shape with all the amenities. We were there at peak high school spring break time and the atmosphere was fun yet well managed. We rented a golf cart for the week and were able to venture out to local restaurants easily. Some within walking distance of uou prefer.

Overall great place, could have been a lil cleaner...nothing crazy. You can tell propert is an older building. Kinda a pain not having a washer & dryer in unit. The view is absolutely amazing. Not much to wall to to, but has a few services that u can ride for free. W

Beach vacation with our new baby

The condo was very comfortable for my family to stay in and the view is unbeatable. The only issue with this unit is that it’s located on the second floor right next to the entrance to the beach for all the other residents of the Palm Bay Club and so it can get pretty loud with cars and people coming and going to the beach.

Amazing place to stay!

The view was worth every dime and the ease of getting to the beach or pools. The facility was gorgeous, extremely clean and well kept. The room was immaculate and offered everything we needed! I only needed to grab paper towels and coffee for the stay! Laundry was there and all the local towns and shops were right down the road! I would highley recommend this to anyone! We had our two adults , a 2.5 year old and an 11 year old and the room was perfect for our family! We will be coming back!

As beautiful as advertised

Check-in after hours was easy. The entire unit was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked in terms of utensils and toiletries. Two small issues: there was no paper towel in the kitchen (However, there were boxes of Kleenex) and the bathtub in the second bedroom was not draining well. Everything else was in working order. The view of the beach from the living room and bedrooms was fantastic and this was reason enough to rent the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor which means you will not have to wait for the elevator. Overall, I would highly recommend renting this vacation property.

Everything was perfect except the hot water in the room with 2 beds only stays hot for about 5 minutes and there’s no hot water in the kitchen sink. We didn’t inquire with the front office though. The location and view are fabulous!

What a view

The property was just as described!! The views were awesome!! We didn’t rent a car but there are plenty of companies that will take you into the village for tips. Everyone their was extremely helpful!!! Loved the trip and can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing stay in an amazing condo

This condo was better than advertised. The pictures do not do it justice, particularly how close you are to the beach. We had wonderful sunset views, and east strolls to the sand each day. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. Only a short drive to Publix for groceries, and there are plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. This was our first trip to Siesta Key, and were we to go back would most certainly stay here again.

Beautiful views!

The location, views, and communication with staff were excellent. We were disappointed at the lack of basic kitchen supplies though, like salt, pepper, sugar packets, and paper towels, as well as a cutting board and containers for leftovers. Otherwise we were happy with it.

Clean, great views and all the kitchen items you’d need!

I would 100% stay here again! it was clean, the views were amazing. Right now with a 3yo and 7mo I always get a spot “on the beach” because then I have views even during nap time, a meltdown or an unforeseen visit to the SMH urgent care like we had this trip. 😅 I was bummed out kiddo had an ear infection during our already short 3 night stay but grateful for the balcony and views!! There were some beach supplies and we left our sand castle molds and bucket for the next guests. Only con: I did want to do laundry but I didn’t realize when handed the laundry card it was empty and that the only place to load it was in the main office according to the paper. So I couldn’t do laundry before we left. We also used ABC rental for a pack n play and jump a roo and they were great. Items were in our unit upon arrival. We also rented umbrellas and oak chairs from the Tropical services and they were great as well. I would make this a regular stay location.
