Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was ready for us when we arrived and check-in was so easy. New flooring, fresh paint, beautiful decor and an expansive view of the beach made this condo a perfect vacation spot. We'll be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from this condo is absolutely beautiful and was definitely the highlight of our stay. The location is great, but unfortunately the unit itself is in need of some updates.The kitchen and bathrooms are dated compared to other units in the same price range. There was also a very unpleasant odor in the kitchen that persisted throughout our stay. We could never determine where it was coming from, which made spending time in the kitchen less enjoyable.The internet service was another disappointment. The Wi-Fi was extremely spotty and unreliable. Since I occasionally need to work while on vacation, dependable internet is important. Ironically, we ended up using the Wi-Fi from the condo upstairs because the password was still saved on my phone from a previous stay, and it worked much better. This is something the property owner should address as reliable internet is an expected amenity today.Overall, while the incredible view makes this property appealing, there are other units available at a similar price point that offer updated kitchens and bathrooms, better layouts, and a more reliable internet connection. With some renovations and attention to the Wi-Fi and kitchen odor, this condo could be an excellent place to stay.
