  • Enjoy the perfect Siesta Key getaway at this inviting second-floor condo. Relax on the spacious private balcony while taking in breathtaking sunset views. Located at Our House at the Beach, guests enjoy a heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a covered pavilion with grilling area. Just across the street from world-famous Siesta Beach and minutes from Siesta Key Village, you'll have easy access to shopping, dining, and live entertainment.

    The Space:
    Bedroom 1- Queen
    Bedroom 2- Two twins
    Living Room – Sleeper sofa
    Kitchen, Dining Area, Balcony, Shared Grill, Pool, and Tennis Courts

    The Location:
    - 0.2 Miles to Siesta Key Public Beach
    - 1.1 Miles to Siesta Key Village
    - 1.5 Miles to Crescent Village
    - Pool on Site or 1.1 Miles to Partner Property Pool Access
    - Less than 400 Feet to local free trolley stop.
    Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

    Important things to note:
    - We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
    - Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Boats, and Motorcycles are NOT allowed on property grounds.
    - Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
    - To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
    - Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Great stay!! I am not a fan of picking up keys some where else. Only because I usually don't rent a car in siesta Key.

Beachside Mgmt made the check in and check out process a breeze. Great location directly access from Siesta Key Beach. The Condo needs updated; keys/locks on the Condo Doors dead bold was hard to open; you had to jiggle the key to get the lock to engage. TV box in the master bed room did not work the entire stay, contacted the management company who came by within 15 minutes of the phone call but they could not get it to work either. Said a new box was needed and they could contact the owners but we heard nothing back. Also the hot water in the master bath did not work either so the management company stopped by to have a look. They could not get it going either, however on day 4 of our 7 day stay we had hot water in the master bath. We all had to shower in the second bathroom until the hot water started working again which was an inconvenience.

The location of the condo was perfect. The management company was very responsive. The condo was as described.
