- This unit does not offer an oven or range. Includes, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged for damages found to the unit.
