About this property

Steps to Siesta Key beach, restaurants and shops!

  • Overlooking the large, heated pool and just a few steps to the famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach, Unit 410 is an island paradise. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably accommodates 5 people, with a king bed in the master and a queen and a twin in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, as does the living room. Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are included.

    Like all of the units in our complex, 410 is geared toward being your home away from home, with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room that seats 6, and plenty of seating on your private, wraparound lanai. The Sea Shell Condominium, a gated complex with 49 units, offers a range of amenities, including charcoal and gas grills, beach chairs and lounges, and beach towels. Each unit has one assigned covered parking space.

    There are coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor and stair or elevator access to the various floors. Our on-premise office makes check-in and check-out a breeze. And we are always happy to assist you with any questions you may have while you are here on vacation.

    Just across the street are plenty of shops, restaurants, groceries, and entertainment, and, of course, our private, gated beach is just a few yards away with no streets to cross to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
