Charming Condo

We absolutely loved this condo. We have stayed in numerous condos at Cresent Arms and this condo is by far the nicest one yet. We loved the kitchen island. It was nice for eating dinner to playing games and we all sat around the island with plenty of room. We also loved the spacious kitchen and large fridge with water dispenser!!

Beautiful remodel

The condo was beautifully remodeled. There was just a couple of things I thought would really help one is a bathroom rug. That tile is so slippery stepping out of the showers. Another thing would be hooks outside to hang up wet towels. We loved being on the bottom floor, but what I didn't realize was how close we were to the trash cans. I know that can't change, but maybe put those slats in between the fence so that would stop the smoke from cigarettes, the smell from the trash and just visually more appealing The couch was amazing and comfortable and the extra chairs around the island. Great thought maybe you can tell your neighbors upstairs about the covers for the chair legs because that's all you hear is them being dragging their chairs across the floor. Just a thought you know but it's a beautiful condo. I would rent it again and again.

Not properly cleaned

For the second year in a row, we found the unit to be in less than desirable condition relative to cleaning. We had to run the vacuum when we got there because there was hair all over the bedroom and bathroom - and sand everywhere.
