You’ll experience a spacious floor plan connecting a welcoming living room, a dining room that seats 6, and kitchen. Your dining room contains a large sliding door to a private porch facing Beach Road, perfect for your morning coffee. In all you will have sliding door access to balcony from main bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and living room. Siesta Key Dreams is happy to provide free, high-speed internet & Wi-Fi, an HD Television equipped with live sports & extension channel options via DirecTV Stream, and electric appliances so you will not miss a beat.

The Siesta Key Breeze Trolley also operates on the main roads outside your rental, which is free for all riders and operates 8AM - 10PM, seven days a week!

Shortly after you secure your vacation rental, you will receive a link where you can book local services & experiences provided by vendors throughout the island. Siesta Key Dreams provides golf-carts to rent and mid-stay services such as cleanings, and linen changes.

When available, guests can request flexible booking with early check-in or late check out options. Siesta Key Dreams also offers baggage drop-off prior to your check-in time. You will be able to indicate your preferences in the link you will receive prior to check-in.

Guests will receive an electronic Rental Agreement that provides common details about our terms and conditions, such as our no-smoking policy. Before you check-in, and just after booking, we require guest verification. You will receive information after booking and the process only takes a couple minutes. This allows us to provide a safe location for our guests, neighbors, and employees.
