A Perfect Get-Away! Newly Remodeled Home On Siesta Key!

  • Experience the Siesta Key lifestyle at this charming island retreat, ideally located between the bay and the beach. Enjoy a full kitchen, comfortable living space, and outdoor spaces. The property features a heated community pool, shuffleboard courts right outside your door, and on-site coin-operated laundry. Just south of Siesta Key Public Beach and a short distance from Siesta's Crescent Village, you'll be close to popular restaurants, unique shops, and lively entertainment.

    Kitchen, Dining Area, Pool, and Direct Beach Access

    The Location:
    - Beach Access on Site
    - 1.7 Miles to Siesta Key Village
    - 0.9 Miles to Crescent Village
    - Pool on Site or 1.7 Miles to Partner Property Pool Access
    - 0.1 Miles to local free trolley stop.
    Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

    Important things to note:
    - We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
    - Parking of commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats or marine vessels or equipment, trailers of any kind, or otherwise is prohibited.
    - Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
    - To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
    - Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Love the private beach access. Needed more towels and supplies and were able to obtain them through the office.

Great location and comfortable accomodations

The property is a great location with a short walk to the beach. It was clean and attractive and the beds were very comfortable and 2 full baths made it very nice for 4 friends traveling together. We had one issue with the dishwasher not working but the management company had someone there the same day to fix it. They were also very prompt is responding to any of our questions. It was on the cold side so we did not make use of the pool but keep in mind the pool that is included with this property is not the one at the end of the street but rather further down so its a bit of a walk down the main road and across the street. Our stay was very nice and would recommend.
