Live the beach life in this second-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with an ocean view. The fully stocked kitchen is recently updated with granite countertops and all-white appliances. It seamlessly connects to the open-concept living and dining room via a pass-through window. Relax on the comfortable leather furniture in front of the large TV - Wi-Fi and HBO are included. Both bedrooms also have TVs in the room. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full-size beds.

This condo is one of 49 units in the Sea Shell Condominium complex. With private access to the beach and a large, heated pool just steps away, it has all of the amenities you need for your stay - including an assigned, covered parking spot for your unit. The Sea Shell also provides beach towels, chairs, and loungers for your convenience. Also on the grounds are two gas grills in our newly built Tiki Hut and two charcoal grills in our beautiful picnic area. Be sure to stop by the office upon arrival to reserve the grills.

There are no steps to cross to access our private beach, but just across the street are plenty of restaurants and bars with live entertainment most nights; shops to buy ice cream, coffee, beach necessities or souvenirs, and even a grocery store!

Our condo is in the BEST location on Siesta Key Beach and we know that once you stay here, you'll want to come back!
