「There was a slight mix up at the airport regarding transportation to the hotel. The staff exceeded my expectations in making things better than was needed. They not only upgraded my room, they also insisted on giving me the taxi fare. I was happy with the room upgrade.」

「La Mirage was an oasis in Cotacachi. Really nice grounds with beautiful animals and flowers all over. Elegant rooms. Superior dining experience. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very thoughtful and kind. Would stay again, and highly recomend.」

「This place is amazing. It is very family-friendly, with lots for kids to do and explore. We stayed in the family room, which was very spacious and comfortable for us. There are many activities available and all were fun. Some of the things we enjoyed were a difficult hike, a night walk, beer and chocolate tastings, wine and cheese tastings, and candle making. The food is fantastic. The fireplaces are lit in the evening and our family loved sitting in front of the fire. 」
