Nice, clean bedroom & bathroom. Shared entry was noisy when other guests arrived. You can hear Church bells ringing throughout the night as you are located in the square. Siena is a lovely town.

Fantastic place

Fantastic place! Hamza was incredible with his help, attention and service. The location is steps from the main square with restaurants, shops, etc. literally outside your door. All of this with being very quiet when you are inside. Nice room with a very nice common are that included all of the amenities. I will definitely stay here again.

Best guesthouse in Siena!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Siena with the fantastic Hamza, he was unbelievably kind and helpful, nothing was too much of an ask. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and the location couldn't have been more perfect, right on the main square. Hamza helped us in every way, from letting us drop our bags off early to making reservations for us, we honestly can't thank him enough. If you're heading to Siena definitely stay here, you won't be disappointed.

What a great place to stay in Siena! Clean, stylish and very comfortable. It’s just a few steps around the corner to the central Piazza de Campo and all the wonderful shops and restaurants in that area. Our host, Hamza, was fabulous! We had great recommendations for restaurants, area attractions, help with reservations, taxi rides and much more! Hamza went out of his way to accommodate our needs and make us feel at home in Siena. We definitely recommend a stay at the Palazzo del Papa, and plan to return on our next excursion to Italy.

Super Netter Service, bei der Anreise kam es zur einer Verspäteten Ankunft und der Mitarbeiter hat mit uns telefoniert und so gar auf uns gewartet. So ein toller Service sieht man gerne. Die Unterkunft liegt 50 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir würden sie wahrscheinlich wieder Nutzen in Siena.

Our stay was Fantastic. The property is a very unique and beautiful guest house property located right of the Palazzo Del Campo. The property owner Hamza was absolutely fantastic! He messaged us on WhatApp prior to arrival to setup check-in, helped us with our bags, gave a full tour, answered all our questions. He provided us with cold water and snacks upon arrival. After checkout he allowed us to store our luggage so we could enjoy some more time Siena. After we walked around and shopped, I messaged Hamza that we were returning and he was waiting with our luggage downstairs and a taxi ready to drive us to our next destination. I could not have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend anyone visiting Siena to stay here and visit our new friend Hamza!

This is a guest house but it is in the best location. It is super clean. The host (Hafza) made us feel so welcome. He went beyond what is expected to make us feel comfortable. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone who is planning on visiting Siena. I wish we stayed one more day.

What an excellent stay! Great bed, pillows, AC and sparkling Clean. AC Building was unique and location was right by the square with everything is walking distance. Hemza, our just, was super accommodating, excellent restaurant recommendations and absolutely delightful. We can’t wait to stay again!

Buena opción céntrica

Es una guesthouse, no hotel 3 estrellas o B&B! Esta muy bien acondicionado y muuuy céntrico pero no tiene amenidades de baño ni una tv grande. Hay café y agua y detallitos que lo hacen acogedor y el host es muy atento y amable, recomienda lugares y ayuda con todo. No le doy 5 estrellas solo porque el baño es muy chico y se escucha lo del cuarto de al lado, aunque no fue para nada terrible, si esperábamos un hotel y no es, se asemeja más a un cuarto de renta (limpieza cada 2 días así que no nos tocó, que está bien porque nadie entra a tu cuarto y te dan llaves). Si se recomienda pero a sabiendas de lo que es y no es. Más cerca de la plaza imposible y el espacio es agradable.

The property is managed by a very pleasant, helpful individual who keeps it immaculately clean but it was not clear on Expedia that it is not an hotel but three rooms in a flat with, for example, no ability to have breakfast. It was not what we were expecting and would not have made the reservation had we known. Having checked the info on the web site we believe the description is misleading. Hamsa tries very hard to ensure everything is as good as he can and it is good for what offers in an ideal location but not what we would have booked.

We like the convenient of the property. Very close to Plazza de Campo. The property was nice and clean.The owner was super, very helpful. Also nice to have coffee and water available.
