The apartment is located in a historic building just a few steps from the central street of Siena and from Piazza del Campo.

Elegant and welcoming, recently renovated, it is located on the first floor of a historic building in Siena.

It consists of an entrance hall, a large and bright living room with TV and comfortable sofa, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.

BEWARE - shower in main bathroom not connected and NO WiFi. WiFi was 10MB which is 25% of the speed in an airplane. Nothing would load and cell service was 1 bar. Host Luigi would not respond until VRBO customer service called him after I contacted VRBO. He did come because VRBO Iinsisted and promised to fix the shower and WIFI. He NEVER answered any more txts and the over head shower NEVER WORKED in 4 days and the WIFI NEVER WORKED either. Worst part was Luigi never answered even to say sorry we can’t do anything. My son needed to work from the apt so it was a big problem! Really put a damper on our vacation. We were very stressed about work. I will say the location was great. I would not recommend this apt. The host would not respond and VRBO has no teeth to fix the situation other than a negative review.

Loved this place!! The location is perfect. 15 minute walk to the train station. Nice spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Newly renovated with modern amenities. Excellent communication with the owner. Beautiful area of Siena. Highly recommend staying at Casa Stella in the Lupa Contrade. They won the Palio of 2024!

Perfect Location

Great location indeed. This is a lovely apartment with two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen has all the amenties you might need. If you have a car, there is not a parking space and you will need to park outside of the city to lower your cost. We parked at the train station and took a taxi to and from the apartment. The air conditioning worked great except one of them leaked down the wall onto the floor. Also there was mold above one of the showers.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed. The location was great - close to all the main attractions and transportation. Having a grocery store nearby was a definite plus. We would definitely stay again.

A lovely apartment close to everything

We had a wonderful short stay in this apartment, but would definitely return again if staying in Siena. Everything was comfortable and modern, and offered plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped should you want to cook a meal or even sit and enjoy your takeout order. Easy access to the city center via a short walk, and just a few stairs since this apartment is on the first floor.

Very nice but….

The beds were very short, I’m 5’3” and my feet where at the edge of the bed. No soap /shampoo holder in either shower so you had to keep opening the shower door to get your soap/ shampoo. The apartment was very nice, exactly as showing the website, close to everything

Perfect location

My husband, 16 year old son, and 14 year old daughter stayed here for 2 nights. Communication with Luigi was very easy using What’s App prior to our stay. The apartment is spacious and had the basic necessities for a short stay (towels, napkins, coffee, laundry detergent). The location is great and close to a supermarket for basic items. We walked all over and it was hot! The AC worked great in both bedrooms.

Great place, Great Location. Spacious.

The apartment was wonderful. within the city center. The only issue we had was that since the apartment was located with the ZTL (Restricted traffic zone). We could not drive up to the apartment to unload our luggage. We had to carry all our luggage up a steep hill and up 25 steps on the road to get to the apartment.
