気になった点 : 客室の快適度

値段から言えば十分に満足です。

アンコールワット観光で3泊しました。空港から無料送迎があります。（テュクテュク　要事前依頼）空港からはかなりの距離があり、帰りのテュクテュクでは3-4＄かかる距離です。ホテルと言うにはこじんまりとしていますが、プールも有ります。未舗装の狭い通りの奥にホテルが有ります。玄関で靴を脱ぐタイプです。オールド・マーケットからは歩いて5分程度です。朝食は無料でつきますが、オムレツやパンケーキ等、極簡単なものです。部屋には金庫や冷蔵庫はありません。ただ宿泊料金を考えると十分に満足できるものだと思います。

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス、客室の快適度

コスパはそこそこ良い

・ツインをとったが、部屋は広い。・鍵が古いタイプ。金庫もなくセキュリティやや不安。・場所は中心のバーストリートから徒歩10分ほどかかり、さらに分かりづらい。タクシーやトゥクトゥクには2回も「アンコールパールホテル」に連れてかれた。まわりは悪路で、ここがカンボジアであると実感できる。・トンレサップ湖ツアーなど、このホテルのツアーは安かった。部屋にマッサージを呼ぶのもかなり廉価なので試したい人にはいいかも。（私はいずれも使わなかったが）・スタッフは親切。忘れていた航空券の印刷も快く引き受けてくれた。・周りに半額以下のホテルも結構あるが、安心感も含めてコスパは良いのでは。

良かった点 : 清潔度

値段は安いが、落ち着くホテル

中心からは離れており、地球の歩き方の地図範囲外なのは不便。値段の割りには落ち着く雰囲気である。マイナス点　セキュリティボックスや冷蔵庫が無い。　レンタサイクルがあると記載されていたが、確認してみると、無いとの弁。

PROS: The food was great. We had omelets, bread and drinks for breakfast and they were delicious! The room was spacious and quiet, so you can have good sleep. Bed was okay. They have a pool, but a bit small. Staff was also helpful. He helped us arrange a tuktuk going to the airport early in the morning. CONS: The facilities are old. We had a small fridge in the room, but it was unplugged and I'm not even sure if it's working because it's really old. When we came in, the room smelled good, but after we used the toilet, there was a stinky smell coming out. They didn't have soap, shampoo and conditioner, so we had to buy our own. The room was dark. The staff didn't really give a warm welcome when we arrived. We booked for a room that has a free one-way pick up from the airport, but they didn't respond to my message so we had to find our way to the hotel by taxi which cost $10 for a 20-minute ride. Anyway, we were out most of the time, so I think our stay in this hotel wasn't a terrible one.

Very Convenient!

For this hotel, you pretty much get what you pay for. The rooms were bare, and when we first arrived to our room in the morning it was swarming with mosquitoes.. Luckily they had citronella oil so they didn't actually bite but it was a bit traumatizing. Besides the mosquitoes, the room was fairly clean. It says toiletries are provided, but bring shampoo/body wash/etc as that is not included..only a toothbrush and a comb. The staff at this hotel was excellent. When we checked in, they made it super easy for us to get a tuk tuk to the temples and explained the hot spots to see / when to see them. Our driver, Sambo, was the best! He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and provided cold water and wet towels as we explored the temples. Good value for a decent hotel. If you're looking to save some money and don't want to live the hostel life, this is the hotel for you!

적당한 가성비호텔

직원들 모두 친절하고 좋았다. 호텔 레스토랑 식사는 매우 훌륭했어요. 하지만 호텔 상태는 전반적으로 오래된 건물이고 너무 어두웠고, 옆 호스텔에서 오전 10시부터 들리는 음악소리는 조용한곳을 원하는 사람들에게 스트레스를 준다. 크게 고급스럽지는 않지만 가격대비로 아주만족할만하다. 수영장또한 적당한 크기에 깨끗하다.

nothing to note

I had a pleasant time at the hotel. It's close enough but far enough from downtown Siem Reap/Pub Street so quiet, sitll walking distance. Room was sparsely decorated but served well. The door had a space between panelling so mosquitos kept coming in. Also the sewage system is not functioning well so the bathroom really smelled. Also the hotel next door kept up a loud party every night - was bit annoying but I was too tired from sight seeing so I could sleep. Ppl who aren't fan of loud EDM party going on may find it a little bit .... The tuktuk to/from airport guy was pleasant,. Young guy. He was very punctual., The reception got the time wrong so had to wait. I recommend you double check if you are using the complimentary tuktuk service from the airport on arrival.

Hotel hat eine super Lage. Recht ruhig, aber dennoch sofort mitten im Getümmel. Service ist total nett. Das Frühstück ist leider etwas spärlich. Da bekommt man, schätze ich, besseres. Kann man ja dann aber immernoch machen.

飯店有提供免費接送服誤很讚，飯店位置離夜市方便採買跟吃飯都很ok但房間裏面有地洞的味道...有時會有不知名的蟲跑進來@@尤其是廁所的排水孔常有像蚯引樣子的蟲....其他的還ok...希望能好好改善一下

Good value for money, good location, pool

A nice hotel with a pool where the sun shines all day. Ok breakfast, aircon works well, reliable airport pick-up, easy to organise Angkor wat tours through the hotel. Good value for money. The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to pub street where you would not want to be if you want to be a able to sleep, but it's nice to be nearby.

Good budget hotel with swimming pool.

Hotel is well maintained and staff are helpful. There were only 2 drawback, no lift second the signage of the hotel is written in brown with brown background which becomes hard to figure out if you are going there for the first time.

Отель неплохой, но слегка устаревший. Чистые номера и предупредительный персонал нивелируют этот недостаток. Расположен отель в пешей доступности от основных городских жостопримечательностей.

Great pool to relax after temples. Clean hotel.

Had just a quick 3 nights here while exploring the temples at Angkor. Found the hotel to be the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. The pool was truly amazing. The room was spacious and clean although aircon not the best. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Easily rented a motorbike along the road from here to get to Angkor which is highly recommended over dealing with overpriced and annoying tuk tuk drivers. The hotel is set back from the main road which made it a quiet and cosy place to be.

Angenehm und Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage

Um die Tempel von Angkor zu bestaunen sicher ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Für kambodschanische Verhältnisse ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Fotos entsprechen aber nicht der Realität. Die Zimmer sind geräumig ohne grosses schnick schnack Mobiliar. Preis / Leistung völlig i.o. Restaurants und Bars hat es gleich an der Strasse. 20m vom Hotel, nichts mit dunkler Strasse oder wilden Hunden (Strassen-Hunde hats im ganzen Land). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Pool ist auch völlig i.o. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

펍스트리트와 가까우며 깨끗하고 좋은 호텔

앙코르 팔 부티크 호텔에서 5박을 머물렀습니다. 1)걸어서 3분이면 펍스트리트에 갈 수 있는 위치에 있어서, 매우 좋았습니다. (펍스트리트 가는 동안에 양 옆 길가에 음식점들이 많이 있습니다. 펍스트리트에 있는 음식점들 보다 가격이 더 싸고 맛도 괜찮아서, 3군데 정도 가봤네요. 유명한 음식점 갈 목적이 아니라면 호텔 근처의 음식점에서 먹는 것도 좋을 듯) 2)무료 조식을 제공해주는데, 좋은 편이었습니다.(오믈렛,스크럼블 에그,생과일 요거트,팬케이크 등등) 3) 객실 청소를 깨끗하게 합니다. 침대 커버와 이불,베개를 항상 갈아줍니다. 4) 수영장 시설도 좋은 편입니다. 물에 벌레도 한 마리 없고, 수영장 크기도 좋습니다. comfy budget option incl. breakfast

The hotel is about a 10min.walk from Sivatha Rd.(busy main road in centre of SP)and Pub Street,so it's away from the hustle and bustle.You will find many small tourist restaurants for a 2$meal and/or a 50c beer around the hotel,so avoid Pub Street,food is terribly overpriced there.The hotel is quite nice,you have a fairly big swimming pool in which you can actually swim,breakfast is included,although it's pretty simple but ok.Staff is very polite.But I still think the 18$ we paid is overpriced for the simpleness of the room,we had rooms like this for about 8$ elsewhere in Cambodia but I guess this Siem Reap.So I would still recommend it as it is clean,comfy and breakfast is a plus (for the lazy ones:-))In the room you will find a kettle,instant coffee,soap,towels and 2 bottles of water (daily),a flatscreen TV,A/C,a fridge etc.

Goede locatie, aardig personeel

Wij zijn drie nachten in dit hotel verbleven en zouden het zeker aanraden aan anderen. Het zwembad, het ontbijt en de locatie waren heel goed, net als onze tour naar Ankhor Wat, waar we nog ontbijt voor meekregen ook. Het personeel maakt dit hotel, maar ook de kamers waren zeker in orde. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!

Stealing housekeeper & Dark alley w/ barking dogs

I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel! I had a terrible experience. 1st, the housekeeper stole my charging cord. I was packing up my belongings before leaving for the day so everything would be put away when they came to clean & realized I left a cord on the table before I walked out and debated whether or not to pack it and thought, 'it's just a cord', it'll be fine. Well, I get back in the evening and it’s gone. I re-search my bags to make sure I'm not being forgetful, and when I don't find it I go tell the front desk. He asks the cleaning woman who immediately tells him that it was in the trash, so she thought I didn't want it and then she proceeds to go into an office and retrieve it. The table I left it on was across the room from the trash bin and I am 100% positive it was on the table when I left. She lied to my face, but I'm thankful she was honest enough to give it back. The 2nd problem with this hotel is that to walk here, you have to go down a dark unlit alley. There are several dogs in the alley that are left out at night and bark at you as you approach them. The first night it happened I was afraid to walk by, not knowing if they were vicious or not - after all I was in a dark alley alone!! Do not stay here if you are traveling alone, it is uncomfortable to get back to at night. There were also ants all over my room. There are tons of affordable hostels in SR, find another place with a safer location and trustworthy staff.

Estancia agradable

Estuvimos 3 noches para visitar los templos de Angkor. La habitacion tenia un buen tamaño y estaba limpia. El desayuno estaba incluido y era correcto y la piscina estaba muy bien. Esta un poco escondido y en una calle un poco oscura y sin asfaltar, pero esto es bastante comun en Siem Reap. Hubo un par de detalles del hotel que no nos gustaron. El primero fue que al llegar nos vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto de forma gratuita, pero la vuelta al aeropuerto tuvimos que pagarla. Y segundo, que un día madrugamos mucho para ir a ver el amanecer a los templos, y al volver a hotel eran las 10:55, y nos dijeron que ya no nos daban de desayunar. El desayuno era hasta las 11:00

Excellent!! Kept rebooking!

We stayed at the Angkor Pal Boutique hotel before we attended a yoga retreat and were given a twin room as it was the cheapest option. The twin beds were great, they were the size of double beds, the bedding was white and soft and the pillow was very comfortable. We rebooked the hotel after the yoga retreat and then extended the booking for the whole week as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the hotel. The staff were ace, always smiling and ready to help with anything. The free breakfast was delicious and the bread always fresh. The pool was a good added bonus and it was a salt water pool so no horrible chlorine smelling clothes. We used the laundry service which was very reasonable and they packaged it back to us neatly and on the same day. Tuktuk service to the temples and other trips and close to the night market! Overall, i'd like to say thank you for a great stay and next time we are in Siem Reap we will definitely be staying there again

Great value for your money

We stayed at Angkor Pal for 7 nights (after trying out 2 other hostels previously) during our time in Siem Reap. We loved the friendliness of the staff, the pineapple pancakes and cool nights (with air con and powerful ceiling fan). The hotel is located down a quiet alley, however close to restaurants and only 10 minute walk to Pub Street and market. This place is a great value for your money with the decent wifi, air con, pool and free hot breakfast. We decided to stay again for one more night on our stop over in Siem Reap before leaving Cambodia. We would definitely stay here a third time if given the chance.

Cheap but unpleasant

This is valuable but unpleasant at all. although I could walk from the hotel to Pub Street but it is not too close to make you feel comfortable and the entrance road of the hotel was too bad for Tuk Tuk. The bed was clean and quite OK. The water was maybe from under the ground then uncomfortable for showering. The Breakfast was up to order but not various, just 2-3 choices. The taste was worse than I expected at first sight. Choose other little bit better hotel would be more pleasant!

대체로 만족

호텔에 벌레가 많은 점을 빼고는 상태가 좋습니다. 나이트마켓에서 조금 거리가 멀지만 조용하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 다만 신발을 벗고 다녀야하는데 바닥이 깨끗한지는 잘 모르겠습니다.

Отель не является 3* отелем это B&B, что кстати и отражено на их вывеске (но почему то не на сайте). Только с третьей попытки нам дали номер с работающим замком двери, в 2-х первых он отказывался закрываться. Сейфа нет и не только в номере но и на стойке регистрации. В номерах нет шкафов только большая плетеная этажерка, что достаточно неудобно. В санузле некачественный слив вода застаивается. Вообще при том, что отель новый есть ощущение какой то запущенности во всем. WiFi хороший, завтрак приличный по выбору из нескольких вариантов. Месторасположение недалеко от центра но немножко на отшибе, тихо. По соотношению цена - качество я бы не рекомендовал этот отель.
