er disappointing

On arrival, I wasn’t shown to my room. I wasn’t even shown where the lift was. No fridge. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. There is literally nothing close to the hotel to do.

開業したばかりのホテルで、料金に比して快適でした。市の中心部まで遠いのが難点ですが、空港からは近く、場所もわかりやすいのでお勧めです。スタッフもとてもよく教育されています。
