Dirty, no one at the front desk to check in for over 10 minutes, pool closed, outside door locks broke, windows broke,false advertising on their amenities according to there website.

The outside of the hotel is very old and the rooms are old too. They are not as good as they look. The price wasn't bad for what the room is.

LeBossier Hotel truly deserves every bit of a 5‑star rating. It’s by far the nicest and most comfortable hotel in the entire Ark‑La‑Tex. The staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and making guests feel at home. I felt safe, relaxed, and taken care of the whole time. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bossier. Highly recommended

Looks to be under renovation. For the price it was an excellent stay! I definitely got some Lysol wipes for our room and had to keep socks on because the carpet was a bit sticky.. But this was truly a beautiful property with great potential! Staff could have been a bit nicer but they were helpful and professional. The pool area looked stunning I did not have time to enjoy it though. The breakfast lobby was gorgeous!

Had tp change room due to not being clean and shower rod broken, phone broken, ..moved rooms and the glass was shattered on the entrance door that also did not pock...did not feel safe at all

Older hotel with a noticeable musty smell and a ding, scratch, or sign of wear on just about every surface. The property is somewhat maintained, but it definitely shows its age. That being said, the room itself was clean, and I never felt like I had to worry about cleanliness or anything being unsanitary. The bed and bathroom were both clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well and blew cold, which was nice. I wouldn’t describe the hotel as “nice” or modern, but for a one-night stay, it was perfectly fine and did what I needed it to do. The room was comfortable enough to get a good night’s sleep, and the price made sense for what you’re getting. The front desk staff was also friendly, easygoing, and pleasant to deal with. Overall, it’s an older property that could use some updating, but if you just need a clean, comfortable place to stay for a night, it gets the job done.

The hotel is clearly past its prime, I think they're trying to fix it up but it's a slow process. That being said, it has its own character. The pool was good, even if it could use a little love. The breakfast was full and hot and exactly what we needed. It was functional and in a good location.

The hotel was run down. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The outside of the building is in rough shape. The parking lot entrance doors are broken. They do not lock. The glass in that entrance was shattered. The hotel is rundown to say the least. The room was dirty, the tub drain was missing so the water drained beneath the tub. The exhaust fan for the bathroom didn’t work. Our room smelled like pure febreeze. We stayed as a group and the other four rooms had their share of problems. There were spider webs in the room. I got our own extra towels and toilet paper from the house cleaning cart that was parked in the hallway all day. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet, but I would not stay there again. The check in area and the ball room were nice though. I guess they remodeled those areas but skipped on the hotel side.
